1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and using SchoolReports.app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of the Service

SchoolReports.app helps teachers generate student reports using AI. Users can create templates, teams, and categories, which are then used to generate structured reports. Schools may create and manage multiple user accounts through an admin panel.

3. Account Registration & Management

• Individual Accounts: Users must provide accurate information when signing up.
• School & Admin Accounts: Schools may create and manage staff accounts. Admin users can reset passwords and monitor usage.
• Security: You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the App.

4. User Content & Data Usage

• You retain rights to the templates and report data you create.
• Reports generated using the App are stored in our database for a **defined period** and are automatically deleted after this period through a scheduled process.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that any data inputted complies with data protection laws.

5. Team & Template Sharing

Users can create and join teams to share templates. Any shared templates remain accessible to team members unless removed by the owner or an admin. SchoolReports.app is not responsible for how users handle shared templates outside the platform.

6. Subscription & Payment

Some features of SchoolReports.app may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe, and users agree to Stripe’s terms of service when making a purchase. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be displayed at checkout. Users can manage or cancel their subscription via their account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the App’s AI functionality.
• Upload offensive, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Share accounts or misrepresent their identity.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

By using SchoolReports.app, you agree to our Privacy Policy. The App does not store student names permanently. Reports are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a defined period. We comply with applicable data protection laws and expect users to do the same.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
